US-EMBASSY-CLOSURE
US embassy to remain closed on Jan 1
DHAKA, Dec 28, 2017 (BSS) – The United States Embassy in Dhaka will remain
closed on Monday, January 1, 2018 on the occasion of New Year’s Day, an
American holiday.
These closures include the Consular Section and the American Center’s
Archer K. Blood Library and Education USA Student Advising Center, a US
embassy press release said here today.
However, emergency services for American citizens will be available through
the duty officer (phone 885566-2000).
