DHAKA, Nov 17, 2018 (BSS)- Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu today expressed deep shock at the death of managing editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Shahriar Shahid.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
In separate condolence messages, State Minister for Information Tarana Halim and Information Secretary Abdul Malek condoled the death of Shahriar Shahid.
They also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Shahriar Shahid died of a heart attack today at Apollo Hospitals at the age of 55.
Son of now defunct English daily Bangladesh Times former editor late AKM Shahidul Haque, Shahriar Shahid is survived by his wife and only son.
