Ershad condoles death of journalist Shahriar Shahid
DHAKA, Nov 17, 2018 (BSS)- Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad today expressed deep shock at the death of managing editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Shahriar Shahid.
In a condolence message, he recalled the contribution of Shahriar Shahid in the field of journalism.
He also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
Shahriar Shahid died of a heart attack today at Apollo Hospitals here at the age of 55.
Son of now defunct English daily Bangladesh Times former editor late AKM Shahidul Haque, Shahriar Shahid is survived by his wife and a son.
