1,986 candidates collect Jatiya Party nomination forms
DHAKA, Nov 13, 2018 (BSS) – The distribution of nomination forms of
Jatiya Party continues while a total of 1,986 candidates have so far
collected nomination forms from the party’s office.
The nomination forms will be distributed on November 14 and 15, party
insiders said.
Jatiya Party Co-Chairman GM Quader today collected a nomination form for
Dhaka-18 constituency.
Besides, 871 nomination seekers collected the party nomination forms
today.
Several hundred nomination seekers have already submitted their
nomination papers at Jatiya Party’s Banani Office.
“Jatiya Party will play a key role behind the victory and defeat of each
constituency as there are reserve votes of Jatiya Party in every seat,” GM
Quader said.
The victory of the grand alliance candidate in every constituency will be
easier if Jatiya Party stands by the Awami League, he said.
Jatiya Party will participate in the elections under the grand alliance,
said party secretary general ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader, adding that the seat
distribution of the grand alliance would be finalised within couple of days.
