Bangladesh reach 470 for 7 at tea on day 2 in 2nd Test

DHAKA, Nov 12, 2018 (BSS)- Mushfiqur Rahim continued his fine batting as Bangladesh reach 470 for 7 at tea against visiting Zimbabwe on the second day of the second and final Test at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur in the city today.

Mushfiqur Rahim, five runs short from his double century, still stayed at the crease along with Mehidy Hasan 40 as the umpire removed the bails for tea break.

Bangladesh added 105 runs in the second session losing the wickets of skipper Mahmudullah (36) and Ariful Haque (4) after the host resumed their first innings with overnight score at 303 for 5.

Kyle Jarvis claimed five wickets conceding 71 runs while Tendai Chatara and Donald Tiripano took one wicket each giving away 34 and 65 runs respectively.
