DHAKA, Nov 11, 2018 (BSS) – Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will begin selling its nomination papers to aspirants tomorrow to vie in the 11th parliamentary election.
“Nomination aspirants of BNP can collect nomination papers from the party’s Nayapaltan central office on November 12 and 13 between 10 am and 4pm,” BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed told a press conference at the party’s Nayapaltan office this afternoon.
He said aspirants will have to submit the papers at the Nayapaltan office on November 13 and 14 between 10am and 4pm.
Rizvi said aspirants will have to pay Taka 5,000 each for collecting a nomination paper and they have to pay Taka 25,000 each as deposit money at the time of submission.
Asked whether other partners of 20-party alliance will buy BNP’s nomination papers or not, he said decision has not yet been taken in this regard.
BNP Central leaders Abdus Salam Azad, Munir Hossain, Kazi Rawnakul Islam Tipu, Abdul Khaleq, Harunur Rashid and Abdus Sattar Patwari were present on the occasion.
