Passing out parade of TRC held in Khulna
KHULNA, Nov 4, 2018 (BSS) – Passing out parade marking the induction of 52
batch of Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) of Bangladesh Police was held today
at Police Training Centre (PTC) located in Shiromony area in the city.
Additional Inspector General of Police Md Moinur Rahman Chowdhury attended
the ceremony as the chief guest.
The chief guest congratulated the new TRC 52th batch for their outstanding
performance in the service related to security and prosperity.
A total of 2, 05, 667 police men are now working in the country, he said,
adding that after Liberation War the law enforcing agency launched with 3,337
cops.
Earlier, the chief guest reviewed the smartly turned out parade and took
salute at the march past.
Later, he distributed prizes to the six new RTC including best outstanding
performer Tariqul Islam Tutul.
The spectacular parade was witnessed, among others, by Khulna Range DIG Md
Didar Ahmad, Khulna Metropolitan Police Commissioner (KMP) Humayun Kabir and
commandant of PTC Additional DIG Sheikh Omor Faruk.
