DHAKA, Dec 21, 2017 (BSS)- Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC) take on Bangladesh Ansar in the grand final of the EXIM Bank 28th National Women’s Handball competition scheduled to be held tomorrow (Friday) at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium in the city.
The match kicks off at 2.30 pm, after the third place deciding match
between Police Handball team and Panchagarh district at 11 am.
Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy is expected to be
present in the final as chief guest and distribute prizes among the winners.
Earlier, on way to the final, today (Thursday), BJMC beat Panchagarh
district by 36-14 goals after leading the first half by 22-11 goals in the first semi-final while Bangladesh Ansar defeated Bangladesh Police Handball Club by 30-16 goals after dominating the first half by 18-8 goals in the second semis.
